This 'Artwork Size Guide' shows some of the most common sizes and placements of DTF transfers on different items like t-shirts, hats/caps, and bags.

This is not a comprehensive guide with every possible size or combination listed. Garment sizes, shapes, seam locations, as well as local trends and personal preferences will influence how big or small you choose for your transfers.

Here is a list of the common sizes shown:

Common T-Shirt Transfer Sizes for Front or Back

• Adult = 11" x 11"
• Youth (medium or large) = 10.5" x 10.5"
• Youth (small) = 8.5" x 8.5"
• Toddler = 5.5" x 5.5"

Common T-Shirt Transfer Sizes for Left Chest or Pocket

• Adult = 3.5" x 3.5"
• Youth (medium or large) = 3.5" x 3.5"
• Youth (small) = 3.5" x 3.5"
• Toddler = 2.5" x 2.5"

Common Hat or Tote Transfer Sizes

• Tote Bag = 10" x 10"
• Hat Front = 4" - 5"
