We came home from a cruise mid February, I had 10 days to get a design perfected, that someone had sent me for a huge event, but it was hand drawn and hand colored!! I am 78 years old, technically challenged, and was also having problems with my laptop. They wanted this design to go on shirts with dtf. I called numberous times, was always greeted politely from Judy and JoAnn in the customer service department, and Justin and Sam in the DTF department. Justin and Sam worked with me and on the artwork and had it perfected in no time. I can't express my appreciation enough for this crew that takes the time to help, no judgement, always with patience and guidance. If you haven't ordered DTF before, please don't hesitate. I've had several orders of DTF and they have the softest hand, you can barely feel it after pressing. Fast service, and shipping. When I order my vinyl, it too comes the next day, without any problems. Can't recomment this company enough. I've bought transfers from other companies and there is no comparison.
