Our DTF Powder Adhesive is the preferred choice for creating quality DTF Transfers. This medium powder strikes a balance between fine and coarse particles.
This powder ensures glossy results after curing and reduces susceptibility to static, resulting in high-quality prints. It also offers superior stretchability, meaning it works on performance polyesters and some lycra/spandex as well.
Instructions are simple:
- Apply the powder evenly to wet ink
- Shake off excess from the film
- Average cure specifications:
- 240°F / 115°C temperature for 2-3 minutes until the powder is melted (time and temp may vary based on your specific dryer and environment. Testing is highly recommended.)
- Not guaranteed to work with all shaker systems.

- Please note that curing and heat pressing DTF transfers should be conducted in a well-ventilated room with good airflow to ensure safety and minimize exposure to fumes, which can be hazardous to health.
